Shelly’s Florist & Gift has over a decade worth of experience. Lead Designer, Bell, started working at numerous locations in the IE and Beverly Hills. Her talents afforded her the opportunity to open her own location with her mother’s name as inspiration. All occasions are served at this Riverside Florist.
